Fireplace Lounge
About This Spot
Stepping into Fireplace Lounge feels like slipping into a welcoming hideaway where time slows down just enough to breathe and unwind. Nestled in a quiet Dallas neighborhood, this bar exudes a relaxed, unpretentious vibe that invites you to shed the weight of the day and settle in like an old friend.
The atmosphere here hums with a laid-back rhythm — a balance of quiet corners and lively moments that never overwhelm. Whether it’s the warmth radiating from the actual fireplace or the easy-going chatter around the bar, there’s a comforting sense of community that softens the edges of any kind of day. It’s the kind of neighborhood spot where strangers become acquaintances and regulars greet you like family.
Drinks here feel thoughtfully crafted but never fussy — from the playful zing of a Strawberry Long Island Iced Tea to a straightforward ice-cold beer that hits the spot after a long week. The bartenders bring a friendly, familiar touch, elevating each cocktail into its own little moment of joy without pretense. On game days, the energy swells as people gather not just for the sport but for the shared experience, camaraderie, and the occasional surprise like free ginger shots when the Packers score, reinforcing that here, everyone belongs—even friendly rivals.
Food pops up in unexpected and heartwarming ways, such as the Sunday Pot Luck where tastes and stories mingle freely, blurring the lines between guest and host. This is less about menus and more about moments — a bit of good food, a warm laugh, and maybe a toast to whatever life’s thrown your way. Whether you walk in celebrating, regrouping, or just passing through, Fireplace Lounge offers a calm refuge with an honest, soulful pulse that invites you to leave your worries at the door.
If you’re looking for a space where authenticity takes center stage and the vibe is shaped by genuine human connection, this modest lounge quietly becomes a favorite in your rotation — a beloved pause in the everyday rush.

If you are a Packers fan, you have found the perfect bar. Folks donate an awesome spread of food and everyone is very cordial on game day, even to Cowboys fans.....

Good Ole Dive bar. Friendly bartenders. Unintentionally met the owner, really cool guy.

I love this Packers bar and lounge! The energy and vibe is everything and the drinks aren't watered down! Every time I'm in town I have to come by to visit! *Every time the Packers Score we get free ginger shots (liquor)"

Star is the best bartender, she's very sweet and friendly. But this place is very chill atmosphere and they have food and for free! So I highly recommend

A sight for sore eyes. Fireplace Lounge is exactly what you need, every time. Recently divorced? Celebrating a birthday? Won $5 on scratchers? Lost a bet? Or simply just need a beer? Fireplace Lounge is the place to be. Walk through the front door or the back door like a regular and all your inhibitions melt away, doesn't matter if its your first time ever, or 4th time this week, Fireplace Lounge feels like its been waiting for you.

There's a lil pop up burger shop, named sleezie burgers. You can find them on Instagram too. He's here on Fri and Saturday and down the street on Sunday and Wednesday. Lemme tell you. Best pop up burger I've ever had. Eight now. The price is 10 bucks. And the way the meat is cooked and the use of the type of pickles and spinach is absolutely flavourful. Get you a burger ASAP before the price raises to 15. Cause honestly, it tastes like a 20 dollar burger. Come by the bar and have friendly kind service that remembers your name and makes you feel welcome everytime you walk through the door.

If you come in the evenings, they may be a grill out back, usually burgers or tacos. Fires are aloud as long as they stay in the pit. Cody runs the shop as well as bingo and karoke. You gotta love an active owner, and best of all the drinks are all modestly priced. If youre looking for a bar family, look no further.
